Question: Do you issue refunds or exchanges?
Answer: No. All sales are final (no exceptions)
Question: What if my Rosary breaks?
Answer: Our Rosaries are made with heavy duty parts. If the Rosary is mishandled or gets caught on something and then is pulled, the link will open. This is not considered breakage; the link can easily be re-closed by a professional jeweler. This method is less costly than re-shipping the Rosary to us.
NOTE: If you attempt to close links that have opened, the link may break off. Special tools are required to close links
Question: What if the item arrives damaged or defective?
Answer: Notify us by email with a picture within 24 hours (no exceptions will be made)
We will email you with a return authorization number which you must write on the return label. Unauthorized return shipments will be refused.
Question: Do you sell wholesale?
Answer: No - we are not a licensed wholesaler
Question: Do you give discounts for large orders?
Answer: Yes. A *10% discount will be applied for all orders totalling $1500.00. The discount will be applied to your credit card after checkout.

Question: When will my purchase be shipped?
Answer: Unless indicated otherwise in the item description, your item will be shipped within one to two business days.
